A realtor has taken twenty feet of my land including a well and driveway claiming it as theirs. I have owned this land for over ten years although I’ve never fenced it or lived on it.
You may be mistaken.
You would have to have a licensed surveyor mark the lines in a dispute.

The land registry will be able to establish ownership. Check your title deeds.

if you have a survey of your property, check that first.
Then you may have to sue him.

Impossible to say based on the "facts" you provide. My guess is that the property line isn’t where you thought it was. You might want to pull out your property legal description and hire a surveyor to mark your property boundaries.

Get a licensed surveyor to re-survey the property to know where your property lines legally end. It will cost you money, so shop around for the best value.

You’ll have to check the last survey or get a new one done. It’s entirely possible you don’t own what you think you do.

You need to look up your state laws…
Some laws: (if you allow anyone, or anyone uses your property with or without your permission for years at a time, its very possible it can be stolen from you.)
Example: Your neighbor put up a fence on your property line and they were using it for 7 years, and you didn’t say anything, legally in some states, your neighbor gets to keep that property..!
Ask for a survey to be done on your property. It’s possible you thought it was yours but might not have been. Don’t take the word of the Real Estate person… Get help..!
