Technically, you don't need a college degree to become a realtor. You can take classes at many realtor's offices. You just need a license.

definitley marketing. perhaps with a minor in communication. that way you know how to market the house, yourself, and you know how to communicate well with people.

Anything. It’s not rocket science. You didn’t even used to need a degree.

If you’re going to bother getting a degree, you can probably make better money than in today’s market anyway.

Finance or Business Administration would work best, so you can understand what's going on with the transactions. Edit: Finance would be much better than Marketing for sure.
