Common sense is … Common sense is that eveything that makes a ton of money and the average guy can attend would be competitive. Just look at the people that are making vidoes about this. Ask your real estate agent contacts and see how they live and then ask yourself how profitable they are. Try attending some of them and see who attends. Then go back and see how many of the same people are there the next year buying more. Again, common sense will show you if they are making money or not.
