Called the bank that owns the home and they have turned it over to Remax, but they don’t have it listed yet. I already have a loan pre-approval letter and money to put down. The realtor who it will be listed under I think has stalled me away from to other homes that I wished to bid on and I don’t trust him. How I make a bid without him? Is there away way to get around this realtor?
All REo’s are listed with agents, and no, you can’t go around them, but you can bid via your own. You can not submit an offer before it is publicly listed though.
Is there a limit to how many open houses realtors are allowed per month?
No. There was a Realtor in my area that held an open house every day until the property sold. Interesting marketing concept. There is no rules, legalities or regulations by the NAR that limit a number of open houses. There may be some CC&R’s that regulate this depending on the subdivision.
since I am just buying houses, remodeling them and them selling them again, can I just incorperate myself? Or is it more to it then that.
You can open a realty company but would have to hire a broker..
so a broker and a realtor..your not licensed..
p.s. the "realtor" and "realty" name is copywritten and part of the protection is to follow what is expected of the trade …while you may set up and operate if you do not follow the copywrite expectations you will be shut down.

Just so you don’t waste your time, 99% of real estate websites get their data from the same source as Realtor.com so they won’t have listings it doesn’t.
eBay has a real estate section, though I wouldn’t buy a house that way.
