Say if I am trying to pick a realtor to go with to buy a new house. What should i be looking for in a realtor?

Someone who is trying to find the best home for your budget wise, and etc. So my advice is let them do the talking and see if they’re asking you all the right questions. If not then they’re probably not looking out for your best intrest. Remember they make profit off of you..so make sure they’re doing there job which is to find you your prefect home!

I am inputing listings in the MLS and realtors have been faxing me hard to read input sheets to enter. I waist alot of time calling them back and trying to figure out what they wrote down.

Create a web site form and have them fill it out on line. When you get it back its already filled in and can easily be cut and paste if you still want to waste time (albiet less time than before) entering it. Or have a web programmer take it and automatically send it to where it needs to go.

You can have the site hosted with a database for making them login and have the whole thing secure for less than a 200-300 bucks a year. And you should be able to have the thing designed for something like 8 hours of work at no more than $50/hr if you just shop around.

I would do it for that if you can’t find anyone reasonable just for the learning experience. I do a lot of database and web stuff and think I could figure out something that would make ya happy. Just let me know if you are interested.

Say a house is listed with Agent B who works for Brokerage G. If Agent B decides to quit Brokerage G and go to work for Brokerage D, does the house stay listed with Agent B or Brokerage G?

Brokerage G could be nasty and keep the listing even if sellers want to transfer it to Brokerage D, but why deal with unhappy sellers. If sellers ask for a transfer in writing, it will usually be done.

ideally I would like to specify house type 3 or 4 bed see the different locations of the houses on a map.

I think someone entered the data wrong into the database. They probably left off 2 zeros (thinking they were "cents"). $350,000 is probably the actual price.

As for the rest of the web page — that is all automatic HTML or PHP code that calculates the rest of the (very low) numbers.

I have the most deepest and sincerest respects for what The Don achieved but you cannot compare those undemanding runs scored against amateurs in the 30’s and 40’s to Sachin’s, scored against the modern era fast bowlers and real spinners.

Watching videos of The Don I was struck by the amount of runs scored by the horizontal bat and Wisden noted that he never never truly mastered batting on sticky wickets. He is playing to the limitations (a relative statement) imposed by the passage of time, the ravages of recent injuries, and nearly two decades carrying the weight of his nation. He is now adapting to new realties especially when bowlers adapt a bodyline strategy, giving him the chance to highlight his bravery. He has gone from artist to warrior whilst keeping himself reserved and modest. His fame, wealth and fortune has not affected his cricket one iota, he still hates to lose and is proudly patriotic!

the president of an albuquerque realty company that filed for bankruptcy is arrested. doug vaughan was taken into custody this morning for driving on a revoked license …but it appears that’s the least of his problems. austin reed is live in the newsroom with tonight’s top story. according to county jail records… doug vaughan has been released on his own recognizance. but earlier he wabeing held at m-d-c. meanwhile, the new mexico licensing and regulatory division tells us it has been investigating vaughan for a few months because he has potentially been violating state security laws. when investigators arrived to his home earlier this morning to gather information about that, they say they observed him driving his car, which they say was against the law. they knew from previous research that his license was either suspended or revoked and they are certified law enforcement, so they were obligated to arrest him court records show vaughan was charged with a d-w-i last year…that’s why his license was suspended. as we reported yesterday, the vaughan company filed for chapter eleven bankruptcy. the lawyer handling that case says the housing cris — is to blame for the bankruptcy filing — but we’re told business will continue as normal.
